Trelawney is a spacious newly built modern bungalow which can accommodate up to 6 adults. The bungalow is situated within a historic part of Cornwall which is close to coastal paths, superb clean sandy beaches such as Porthcurno and White sands at Sennen.
For the more adventurous there is the Mmack Theatre, Geevor Tin Mine, lands End and the Tate Gallery in St Ives, and many more attraction all within an approx. 10 mile radius.
The bungalow is a three bedroomed property with an ensuite double master bedroom with television, a twin bedroom with a television and a third bed room with twin beds, all are fully furnished with linen and towels supplied.
There is a spacious bathroom with an over bath power shower, plenty of room to accommodate all.
The large and very light lounge is fully furnished with patio doors that leads out on to a paved area, ideal as a seating area , this then leads to the grassed lawn.
There is ample parking to the front with easy access to and from the main road.
The bungalow is available all year round for letting with tariffs ranging from £400- £600 in low season per week and £600-£875 in high season per week.
Unfortunately we do not allow smoking within the bungalow and can not accommodate pets.
Trelawney is a lovely bungalow with easy access to public transport such as buses, trains, sky planes and the helicopter and boat to the Isles of Scilly.
Trelawney is ideal for a large family or for people who want to holiday together, I'm sure when you have stayed here once, you will return to sample some more fantastic scenery here in Cornwall.
